Shipping and return policy
We offer our customers a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee. If the products do not match the qualities expected by the customer, it can be refunded. To do this, the customer must first contact the customer service to inform them of the reasons for dissatisfaction.
The warranty implies a real dissatisfaction of the customer as to the qualities of the products, also, for the same reference, only a bottle may be missing (because open) to benefit from the refund of other bottles of the same reference. Refund
We will refund you once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card (or the original payment method). The return of items is at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
